A Hitman in Training

This week on the Lost Spark Podcast James and Antony are tackling all the fresh news from the world of gaming including the announcement that all of Red Dead Redemption 2’s cowboy goodness will ship on 2 discs.  We have all the news from ‘puddlegate’ and we chuckle along with Insomniac Games as they release puddle stickers in the latest update to Marvel’s Spider-Man, you can now add as many puddles as you want to all your in-game photos!

During his pods James has been busy gaming and we have hands-on impressions of ‘Return of the Obra Dinn’, ‘Curse of the Necrodancer’ on Switch, Mario Party 11, Overcooked 2  and it wouldn’t be a Lost Spark podcast if we haven’t played Sea of Thieves and Forza Horizon 4.

Also on the podcast this week James and Antony prepare for Hitman 2 and discuss the new addition to the game, Ghost Mode, where two players exist in the same world and race to take out the target first but with a Sparks twist this will allow James to teach Antony the ways of the Hitman.

Ram, Rub and Tickle: A Dead Cells Story

This week on the Lost Spark Podcast James and Antony talk about the latest game to grip the Sparks, Dead Cells, this run-based rougelike-metroidvania masterpiece has the guys in adoration, elation and desperation as they try and perfect their runs.  Hear James and Antony’s in-depth hands-on of Dead Cells and count how many times they collectively say how amazing this game is, is this an early contender for game of the year?

Even with all the Dead Cell-ing, the guys still had time for other games; James takes on Overcooked 2 and updates us on the latest in Sea of Thieves.  Antony has a less than impressive time with We Happy Few and starts the first episode of The Walking Dead: The Final Season.

In the news section we discuss the return of Timesplitters, Nintendo’s online offering is getting closer, and James is happy to announce LUIGI AIN’T DEAD!

Did E3 Start A Week Early?

This week it’s E3 predictions week on the Lost Spark Podcast and pulling up the mics we have James and Antony giving us their predictions, hopes, and dreams for the big event.  Join the guys as they discuss the latest news and all those pre-E3 leaks dropping before the show even begins on Saturday.

We’re back!  After a 3 week break the Lost Spark Podcast is back and this week we introduce another new Spark to the every growing podcast family; Stuart from JustAddPopcorn.
